Yes, we can store the custom elements of your stand after the event so that you can reuse them later. During dismantling, we ensure that all components remain undamaged. In our workshop, we will, if necessary, process or adjust them for future use.

Reuse is not only cost-efficient—you save on the cost of new stand elements—but also sustainable. From the design process onwards, we take this into account, ensuring that as many parts as possible can be easily reused. Absolutely! In that case, we primarily focus on the (sustainable) material choices and the practical implementation (such as walkways, technology, storage, etc.). We translate your design into a detailed construction file and take all technical aspects into account, such as lighting, water supply, electrical outlets, data connections, etc.

Additionally, we ensure that your design complies with the trade show regulations. Each trade show organizer has specific guidelines regarding build time, construction height, transport, safety, and more. We think of everything.

When can I expect a design and quote from Standmark?

Within three weeks of our first contact, you will receive the design from us, including (if applicable) an initial impression of the visuals, product displays, and the integration of multimedia and technology. The design will also include a detailed initial quote.
